The Magic of Laughter

Crazy pill count:
AM 2 Ativan, 60 Cymbalta, 10 Viibryd, 2.5 Zyprexa, 200 Lamictal
afternoon 1 Ativan
PM 1 Ativan, 50 Topamax, 2.5 Zyprexa

A lovely friend directed people to my post about being a self love slut.
One of her readers commented on her page:

"Thanks for the tip to Bacon's post, that WAS funny. It's so good to be able to laugh at what just IS instead of wishing all the time it was different. You are right, laughter is magical!"

Isn't that the truth?! So well said. It is, indeed, magical to laugh at what is instead of wishing all the time it was different. We are bipolar. We are stuck crazy, nothing is going to change that, so let's a least have a little chuckle.

Which leads me to some exciting news:
I have mentioned the fabulous Patti Digh before, and attended two of her retreats and several of her workshops and online classes. Patti has a magical way of creating space for community and self transformation. Her "get togethers" are always life changing in the most fabulous and magical ways.

Why do I keep saying magical?
It's not because I don't have access to a thesaurus, it's because it really is magic.

This October 4th-6th
near Atlanta, Georgia
She is offering a camp!
Design Your Life Camp she is calling it.

Registration is now open!

And I have no doubt it will be life changing as well. Speaking of the magic of laughter, Patti has asked me to come and lead some Laughter Yoga sessions! If you are curious about Laughter Yoga you can visit my Laughter Yoga website Jelly Belly Laughter. Registration is now open. How amazing would it be to go to camp together?!?!?

There will be so many amazing people speaking and offering their talents at camp including the fabulous, "Rock Fairy," Kim, who exudes love out every pore, that I am just dying to hug in person.

For some of my favorite laughing pictures click here.

I'm off to Florida for some sunshine, rest, and ocean sunrises.
Wishing you balance, laughter, and love while I am gone.

Until next time...
